Valerian Pug Eupithecia valerianata (Hübner, 1813)
Status .....A poorly marked and rather nondescript Pug, which is rare in Nottinghamshire and generally confined to sites in the very north and east of the county. There are recent records from Misson Carr in 2004 and 2009 (Radford, J.), Misterton July 2017 (Lee, P.), from Misson Carr again in June 2023 (Pendleton, T.A.) and from Langford Lowfields in June 2025 (Morton, D. and Ashley, A.).
