Toadflax Pug Eupithecia linariata ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)
Status .....Seems to be a moth with an uncertain status in the county and perhaps most likely to be encountered near brownfield sites and urban areas. There are no records from any of the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust's reserves we know of and this is probably a rarer moth in Nottinghamshire than many might expect. Our thanks go to Phil Cadman for bringing the specimen below to us.
