Three leaf mines on a single Birch leaf found at Warsop Main Pit Top, proved to be a surprising first record for VC56 Nottinghamshire in October 2022. The leaf mines of this moth had been looked for for many years, so this may not be that common a mine to find. There have since believed to have been two other county records, including a single mine found on a young Birch at Clipstone Old Quarter in November 2024. | ||
