Sloe Pug Pasiphila chloerata (Mabille, 1870)
Status ..... A small and indistinctly marked Pug, which often appears to be worn, with a hint of green colouration. Often alights with the wings held slightly raised. Seems to be generally uncommon in Nottinghamshire, but beating Blackthorn in blossom for the larva at the end of April 2023, provided three larva within a short time from Eakring Meadows. It may be an under-recorded moth to a degree.
