Scoparia pyralella ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)
Status .....Common at several sites in west Nottinghamshire, but probably more widespread than the distribution map suggests. The identification difficulties of all the Scoparias, is lessened to a degree in Scoparia pyralella, by the conspicuous light brown ovals on the wings.
