Rustic Shoulder-knot Apamea sordens (Hufnagel, 1766)
Status .....Generally common over much of Nottinghamshire. There is some variation in the intensity of the markings and ground colour, with some moths being almost featureless.The ones photographed, were trapped at Lound GP in 2014 and brought to us by Phil Cadman and Ian Hunt of the Lound Moth Group.
