Rhodophaea formosa (Haworth, 1811)
Currently known from only a handful of sites in Nottinghamshire (not all showed on the map). There have been at least six records from Martin Gray's garden at Broadholme, which lies directly on the Nottinghamshire border with neighbouring Lincolnshire and from the NWT's Skylarks reserve at Home Pierrepont in 2020. The one in the lower two photographs below, was recorded and photographed at Rutland Water by Tim Sexton and in June 2023, Dave Morton and Andy Ashley trapped the moth in the top two photographs, at Boundary Wood Blidworth.
