Paraswammerdamia albicapitella (Scharfenberg, 1805)
Status .....Probably a much more common moth than the distribution map indicates. There are several other similar looking species, which puts many off even trying to attempt any identification, yet this is the easiest to identify through both the head and thorax being white.
