.....Usually much more common in urban
areas, where it is more strongly attracted to light than it is in
rural locations. The markings can vary between individual
moths, as the acompanying photographs illustrate. The larva is well
marked and can sometimes be found under loose mortar on walls, where it
feeds on Lichens. |
