Least Yellow Underwing Noctua interjecta (Schawerda, 1919)
Status .....Years ago, this moth used to be more regular at MV light (in season) than it is now (2025), but over the last decade or so, it has largely almost disappeared from many people's traps. In fact, between 2011 and 2025, we only recorded it in five out of 15 years and often just single records. Our records of this moth, include Sherwood Forest CP 2011, Clipstone Old Quarter 2013, Market Warsop 2019 and on two occasions at Red Hill, Eakring in 2025.
