Kent Black Arches Meganola albula ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)
Status .....The moth illustrated below is the first record for Nottinghamshire and was trapped by members of the Lound Moth Group at the Idle Valley NR on August 2nd 2019. The same trapping session also provided the county's first record of the micro Oncocera semirubella. Our thanks go to Ian Hunt, who very kindly allowed us to use his photographs below, to illustrate the species.
