Ear Moth Amphipoea oculea (Linnaeus, 1761)
Status .....First and only record at Eakring came in 2004. There are now several Sherwood Forest records - one historical record listed by J.W. Carr and singles in 2010 and 2013, but this moth is one of a difficult group to identify and requires dissection.
