Light Grey Tortix Cnephasia incertana (Treitschke, 1835) 
Status .....Cnephasia incertana is probably quite common and widespread across much of Nottinghamshire, but they are notoriously difficult (if not impossible to ID) by photographs and are often left alone by moth trappers.
