Caloptilia falconipennella (Hübner, 1813) 
Status .....A rare moth in Nottinghamshire with several post-2000 records we are aware of. In October 2012, it was recorded from Cotgrave CP (Clough, J.) possibly as larval feeding signs. The most recent records were of adults attracted to light at Attenborough NR in early 2017 (Sexton, T.) and from Market Warsop in November 2024 (Chick, S.).
