Caloptilia alchimiella (Scopoli, 1763)
Status .....Relatively recently seperated from Caloptilia robustella, which we have included photographs of for comparison purposes. Common around the Sherwood Forest area, but likely to be more widespread. Caloptilia alchimiella leaf mines are identical to those of Caloptilia robustella.
