Ancylis achatana ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)
Status .....We first recorded Ancylis achatana at Eakring in 2004 and from Sherwood Forest NNR for the first time in 2010. The general lack of interest in the county's smaller lepidoptera, means that this species is likely to be severely under-recorded and it has proved to be fairly widespread in western parts of Nottinghamshire.
