Acrobasis repandana (Fabricius, 1798)
This seems to be a relative newcomer to Nottinghamshire, with all the records providing the distribution map below, coming since 2006. There have been a number of records of this largely woodland species from Martin Gray's Broadholme garden on the border with Lincolnshire and a recent record from Theives Wood near Mansfield represent the most northerly records to date. Likely to turn up further north in the next few years. Thanks go to Dave Morton and Andy Ashley, for providing the Theives Wood moth for inclusion here.
