Moth trapping results 2021
Restrictions to public movement imposed by the UK Government during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, continued into 2021 and site managers generally remained reluctant to allow moth trapping on their sites, following the usual 'over the top' advice from organisations like Butterfly Conservation.

Most of the moth trapping has again been from gardens at Market Warsop and Worksop, with a single visit to urban Mapperley in September. September also saw the return of moth trapping in the Eakring area again, after an absence of seven years away and it is planned to restart trapping in Sherwood Forest this Autumn.
