Mottled Grey Colostygia multistrigaria (Haworth, 1809)
Status .....An uncommon species in Nottinghamshire, where it is currently assigned Grade 3 status. However, it has proved to occur more widely than previously thought, with several sites in the south of the county. Its stronghold is the Sherwood Forest area, where adults can be found in numbers by torchlight, resting at the top of grasses after dark.
