Dotted Clay Xestia baja ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)
Status .....The best site for this moth in Nottinghamshire is Sherwood Forest, but it occurs on many other sites lying on Sherwood Sandstone. It appears to be scarce at sites along the Trent Valley, although this may be partly down to the lack of access records.
