Straw Underwing Thalpophila matura (Hufnagel, 1766)
Status .....Fairly common in Nottinghamshire, but with a scattered distribution. At Sherwood Forest this moth is common, but other well covered sites such as the Idle Valley NR and Eakring, there are fewer records. Present in the south of the county, around Attenborough NR.
