Lesser Common Rustic Mesapamea didyma (Esper, 1788)
Status .....Probably under-recorded amongst the many Common Rustic visiting the trap during the Summer. Common and Lesser Common Rustic are usually recorded as Lesser/Common Rustic agg, so any determination to species has to be done by dissection. The identity of this moth, was confirmed by such examination, after being trapped by members of the Lound Moth Group.
