Stigmella oxyacanthella (Stainton, 1854)
Status .....At present, this moth is largely restricted to the Sherwood Forest and Mansfield areas of Nottinghamshire. However, should it be purposefully looked for, it is likely to turn up in other areas of the county. The mines are usually found on Hawthorn or Mountain Ash.
