Phyllonorycter messaniella (Zeller, 1846)
Status .....A very common leaf miner which is found almost anywhere Beech grows, although a number of other deciduous trees such as Hornbeam and Holme Oak are used. The leaf mines are usually easy to find in parks and gardens etc.
