| Relatively scarce as a
Spring migrant, becoming much more frequent with influxes
during the Autumn. Typiclly, the first birds appear in
late September, with a peak in October. Counts have
remained fairly consistant since 1998, but 2006 was a
poor year with just 17 recorded. |
