Status
.....Is often common in grassy habitats,
especially on former colliery sites. Generally widespread
over much of Nottinghamshire, but is not as common as
Six-spot Burnet. The larvae of both Narrow-bordered Five-spot Burnet and
Six-spot Burnet, can be differentiated by the longer hairs found on the
former species. |
