Mompha langiella (Hübner, 1796)
Status .....This moth seems to be a recent Nottinghamshire colonist, or just totally unrecorded based on the information we have. It was previously known only from the grounds of Nottingham University, Attenborough Nature Reserve and a Mapperley garden. More recently, we found numerous leaf mines at Wellow Park in July 2018. The top two photographs were very kindly supplied to us by Tim Sexton.
