Isophrictis striatella ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)
Status .....This moth is mostly restricted to the south-east of the UK, but is occasionally found at isolated sites further north. Two records from the site of the former Warsop Main Pit Top in August 2015, represented the first Nottinghamshire records. In 2016, it was recorded Warsop Main Pit Top again and also in our Market Warsop garden, where a second was trapped in July 2021. Must be under recorded in Nottinghamshire, but can be found visiting Tansey flowers on fine evenings.
