Diplodoma laichartingella (Goeze, 1783)
Status .....One found near Thoresby Estate in March 2006, was at the time only the second Nottinghamshire record. Further searching revealed the characteristic larval cases to be fairly common on old Oak stumps throughout the Sherwood Forest area and most recently on a metal fence in the middle of a Mansfield industrial estate on Crown Farm Way.
