Stenus juno (Paykull, 1789)
A widespread Stenus in Nottinghamshire, where Stenus juno is frequent at wetter sites around rivers, pond and lakes etc. It seems to regularly turn up during most invertebrate surveys, including those from Clumber Park and the Sherwood Forest areas. Stenus are difficult to identify and cannot be identified from photographs with any certainty.
