Calamosternus granarius (Linnaeus, 1767) ..... Formerly Aphodius granarius  
Calamosternus granarius is a fairly common dung beetle, generally found from April onwards. Several of these were found at Tug Bridge Farm in April 2009, but were quite difficult to find and were not under every cattle dung sample. A small species, with a length of around 4mm.
