Obama Flatworm Obama nungara (Carbayo, Álvarez-Presas, Jones & Riutort, 2016
Singles found on two occasions under plant pots at a Worksop garden centre in early October 2021 and then again in April 2023 (all T. Pendleton) look to be Nottinghamshire's first records of what is yet another, unwelcome, non-native Terrestrial Flatworm. The Obama Flatworm is a large, flat bodied species and extremely difficult to spot against a dark soil background. Probably under-recorded.
