Ophiodesmus albonanus (Latzel, 1895)
Ophiodesmus albonanus is rare in Nottinghamshire, with the only known records coming from Bingham in 1969 (Jones, R.E. and Barber, A.) and more recently from a Mapperley garden, then our own Market Warsop garden (Pendleton, T.A. and Pendleton, D.T.) in April 2016. It is likely to have been previously under-recorded and careful searching of old suburban gardens, may reveal Ophiodesmus albonanus to be more widespread.
