Lithobius melanops (Newport, 1835)
A relatively small Centipede (17mm) Lithobius melanops is another species which is probably common over much of Nottinghamshire, but the lack of interest in Myriapods would currently suggest otherwise. There are few historical records from Nottinghamshire.
