Tremulicerus distinguendus (Kirschbaum, 1868)
Another relatively attractive leafhopper, Tremulicerus distinguendus is most often found on either White Poplar or Aspen. The one pictured was found by careful searching of the leaves of White Poplars, growing along the roadside near the entrance to the former Thoresby Colliery, at Edwinstowe in late September 2018. There appear to be no previous Nottinghamshire records which we can trace.
