Sitona humeralis (Stephens, 1831)
Probably more widespread in the Nottinghamshire than records would indicate, but not helped by the fact that there are numerous other Sitona species making identification difficult. The one photographed below, was found on a small area of uncultivated land rich in Clover, between Edwinstow and Ollerton in July 2021. There is a record for Sherwood Forest, dated as 1981.
