Plagiodera versicolora (Laicharting, 1781) | ||
This small and colourful leaf beetle was found on some railings below Willows in the middle of Market Warsop in late September 2008. Apparently, Plagiodera versicolora is a locally common species and sometimes found in large numbers in such situations. Crack Willow is an especially favoured foodplant for both adults and larvae. Size 3-4.5mm. | ||
