Orthops campestris (Linnaeus, 1758)
This colourful plant bug is commonly found on the flowers of various Umbellifers. There are several other species of Orthops, but Orthops campestris is the only one to show such green colouration. Measuring just 4mm in length, this example was found in a Nottingham garden in July 2012.
