Leistus fulvibarbis (Dejean, 1826)
A common ground beetle that is often found under logs or stones. Although these photographs fail to show it, Leistus fulvibarbis does have some element of a metallic blue colouration, but not to the extent of the structurally similar Leistus spinibarbis.
