Grypotes puncticollis (Herrich-Schäffer, 1834)
Many Cicadellidae are notoriously difficult to identify and the identification of some species is only possible by dissection. Best recorded by beating foliage on the lower branches of Pines, there are few Nottinghamshire records of Grypotes puncticollis. Our only encounters with this species, are from Budby South Forest and Ransom Wood.
