Eupteryx thoulessi (Edwards, 1926)
Patchily distributed in a band running across the country from East Anglia to Wales (per NBN Atlas). A scattering of records from Yorkshire, would suggest that Eupteryx thoulessi should be not be that uncommon in Nottinghamshire, but the only records we are aware of are from Attenborough NR. The one illustrated, was found and photographed by Assistant Reserve Warden Tim Sexton. Our thanks go to Tim for allowing us to use his photograph to illustrate this species.
