Calodromius spilotus (Illiger, 1798) | ||
A common beetle, Calodromius spilotus is found under the bark of Pines and deciduous trees including Apple. This adult was found under loose bark on Beech at Nettleworth Manor near Mansfield Woodhouse in early November 2008 and in close proximity to the larger and more colourful Dromius quadrimaculatus. C. spilotus is a small species, measuring around 3mm long. | ||
