Bembidion quadrimaculatum (Linnaeus, 1761)
A very small Ground Beetle, with a widespread distribution across much of Nottinghamshire. There are numerous records from a number of sites situated along the Trent Valley and it has been well recorded from the Sherwood Forest area. Length 3.5mm - 4mm.
