Melinopterus prodromus (Brahm, 1790) ..... Formerly Aphodius prodromus  
Melinopterus prodromus is another Dung Beetle, but quite uncommon in north Nottinghamshire from our own evidence of just a single adult. This was found on Budby Common in September 2008, underneath fresh Sheep dung.
