Agonum viduum (Panzer, 1796)
Agonum viduum is a medium sized Ground Beetle, black in colour, but with a very slight metallic coppery sheen. Two adults were found under a log with two Pterostichus niger at Eakring Meadows in October 2008. The one photographed was found more recently, at Eakring Flash in April 2011.
