Trapezonotus desertus (Seidenstücker, 1951)
A common ground bug, but there are similar species which make identification quite difficult. These Trapezonotus desertus were found on heathland sites at Sherwood Forest CP in May 2010 and at Rainworth Heath in June 2014. T. desertus probably occurs throughout most of the Sherwood NNR area.
