Almost certainly under-recorded to a degree in Nottinghamshire, there are
now eight records from eight fairly widespread
sites across the county,
which does include a brownfield site in the centre of Nottingham. Most records have come from sites
running along the Trent Valley, with records from
Treswell Wood and Farndon Willow Holt in 2003 (Kirby, P.), Sherwood
Heath in 2003 (Godfrey, A.), Colwick CP, Nottingham Trent University’s
Brackenhurst Campus and Nottingham City centre in 2016 (Heeney, W.) and
most recently from Stoke Bardolph in early 2026 (Brownley, N. and Brownley, S.). |
