Rugilus similis (Erichson, 1839)
A small Rove Beetle, which we first found underneath a small stone on Warsop Main Pit Top in April 2009, but has subsequently turned up a number of times in leaf litter samples from Market Warsop cemetery. The Rugilus are a small genus of Staphylinidae, of which there are several species found in the UK.
