Poecilium alni
Poecilium alni was a new beetle to the Sherwood Forest NNR in 2004 (A. Dutton) but there were no further records until 2010 (A. Dutton) During early June, adults were found commonly on a pile of new logs in the Country Park area. Poecilium alni is an attractive Longhorn beetle, but quite small in size at around 7mm, although females are slightly larger.
