Phratora vulgatissima (Linnaeus, 1758)
A generally common leaf beetle found at a range of Nottinghamshire sites, usually on Sallows and Willows. There are several other species of Phratora in the UK and identification by photographs alone, is not possible, although the preferred foodplant does give some slight indication of species. These were found at Bevercotes Pit Wood in June 2013.
